She has dedicated her life and education studying the connection between science and yoga philosophy.
Importantly, she LOVES yoga, learning, and teaching!
She has been practicing yoga for 20+ years. Yoga is what sparked her curiosity to explore the clinical mental health field & seek becoming a yoga therapist. Yoga practice has brought her both mental and physical well-being but also that enhanced spiritual “knowing”. Susan is a faithful student in all aspects of the practice. She is grateful for how yoga has manifested her overall health, healing, and well-being thus far!
Susan teaches all-level vinyasa classes, focusing on the subtle body, spiritual and universal laws; cueing breath, posture, and refining movement with space for several reflective breaths. She offers optional hands-on assistance during each class and looks forward to serving at Shavasana hOMe as your guide whether you are beginning or continuing Your Own Great Awareness!
