Wake up and enjoy practice at home via zoom. You will enjoy a teacher participating class to model and cue as you bring the practice into your hOMe. Start your day in community from your personal space wherever you choose!

A hot community yoga class rooted in tradition honors the energy of the sun—warmth, vitality, and illumination. This hatha slow flow blends breath, posture, and alignment in a conscious rhythm that strengthens while soothing. The intentional pace allows space for deeper awareness, collective energy, and community connection. A practice that shines light within, aligning body, mind, and spirit. All classes offer assists & time for reflection.

Whether you're yoga pros or first-timers, this playful and relaxing session is designed to deepen your connection while having some fun (don’t worry, blocks and supports are provided—but let’s agree not to use them against each other 😉).

Hibernate to the studio with your partner and enjoy a cozy evening focused on doing less and being more. Say goodbye to the winter blues and hello to a fulfilling night together. After class, stick around for an optional social—bring your favorite beverage, snacks, or blankets, and, if the stars align, we’ll gather around a fire to keep the cozy vibes going.
